Celebrate Good Times... a scrapbook layout

Hi again...
I'm back with my latest scrapbook layout for Made With Love,  a scrapbook store where I work as one  of their DTs

I use Crate Paper, the Flea Market series

the series comes in some colorful images, so I decided to print black & white photos to give contrast

added some textures on the background using Tim Holtz stencils with some molding paste... randomly splattered some colors with Mister Huey's

used some dies to help me build up the scene:
film stripe - Tim Holt - Sizzix
doily - Tim Holtz - Sizzix
the "celebrate good times' word - Dienamics
presents - Papertrey Inks stamps & dies

The phrase that you see on the left was made a long time ago...I cut it using my Cameo but had no use of it until now as it fit perfectly well with the theme of the layout

I think that's from me today...
hope you'll be inspired

thank you for visiting
...hugs...

crackle accents on the lip & glasses

splashed of colors...a scrapbook layout

Hi everyone..!!
It's been quite a while for me to post my scrapbook layout... and it's all because I have a lot of fun playing with my coloring on some stamped images
but.. here I'm today with my layout for a class at Made With Love

I don't know about you.. but I just love the Carta Bella, So Noted collections... the bursts of colors on a pale background that makes the centerpiece 'pops' out so much more
it is a perfect match with the picture I got from my friend... lovely siblings..

masked the background using molding paste and a mask from Prima
doing some layering and fussy cutting to build up the scene
the red dripping paint was made using The Crafter's Workshop mask & Distress Ink

added a vellum envelope & tag from Melissa Frances to the layout...
Martha Steward punches for the blue doily stripes
Dienamic dies for the blue vines
Cheery Lynn dies for the pale pink doilies

some ornaments from Prima chic resin sculpture window
paper flowers were made using Dienamics dies
added some colors on the resin & layout using paint dabber from Ranger

that's from me today...
Now it's time for me to working on another layouts for the next classes... will be uploading them soon
thank you for visiting

...hugs...

Lawnscaping Challenge #54...Stitching

Hello...!!
Welcome to our Lawnscaping Challenge #54... it's all about stitching, faux or real..

sponsored by our favorite stamps Lawn Fawn who will present a set of stamp for the challenge winner

and still with us this month is Jess Larsen with her adorable project...

I did a faux stitching for my layout as I still can not manage to do a neat real stitching, especially when dotting on the holes... sometimes it is too wide or vice versa... and definetely sewing machine is on my next wish list... :)

I love dies..!! and yes... I got mine already..!!
I used some coordinate dies for the layout and I'm so happy with it...
I just need to stamp, color and die the all images... It's so simple, easy and fast to make a layout, I don't need to spent more time cutting them all...
Oh.. wish Lawn Fawn will be making more coordinated dies... LOL...

and that's all about my layout...

Waiting for yours at the challenge... and please go back to the Lawnscaping Challenge blog to read all the challenge rules...

Thank you for stopping by...
hugs
