hugs from the Little Sweet Tilda...

Hello all
back again with my card using Sweet Tilda from Magnolia. I know that she is one of the older series, but I still find she is cute and adorable. She reminds me of my girl when she was a toddler, with two hair knots on side and wearing a dress...what a doll....

I colored the images using Distress Inks pad and mix & match some papers
added some embellishment using some flowers from Prima & Melissa Frances
Doohickeys banners, clouds, flower, leaves & fence
Dienamics vines
crackle paints, liquid pearls, half pearls, sticker sentiments, stickles

...and.. that's for today

Sacca's mini scrapbooks...

Hi...
I'm back again sharing of some mini scrapbooks that my daughter, Sacca made on Saturday.

Sacca was going to a mall near by our house on Friday evening with her friends and took some pictures of them on the photo booth. They made a plan to come over to our house on Saturday and made some mini scrapbooks out of their pictures and use them to decorate their lockers...

So...there they were in our house on Saturday making some mini scrapbooks...
and I just love to see them doing some activities together to spend the weekend. It is something positive that I will encourage them to come more often... and yet, she is so proud to what she had made

Using some mix and match on some 6x6 patterned papers, here are the mini scrapbooks

They are soooo cute and cheerful

Love you girls...

Tomorrow the school is celebrating the children's day, my friend was asking me to make a card to her boy...
and here's the card I made

using some 6x6 My Mind's Eye paper pad and some Dienamics to decorate the card...

my display area & a card by my daughter...

Hello...
today I just wanted to share my small displaying area. It's on the second floor of my house and it's on the hall way precisely.
It's where I put all my crafts supplies & tools and a place where I do my projects.

There on the top left of the shelf, I also displaying my daughter's first cross-stitch. She made it 2 years ago when she was 8 years old. And it's become one of her activities during her holiday or spare time.

Last night while her friend came to our house, they spent the evening by making some cards. And there is her card in the middle of the shelf...the white card with Gnome on it... Can you spot it?
It's a simple card and she is soooooo proud with it and said "It's the best card I made so far..."

She also decorated at the inside of the card with the matching view...
She colored the image using Copic which is one of her favorite coloring tools now

She just not satisfied with her coloring...
and yes...it's a bit messy... but by practicing more and more I'm sure she can master it

thank you for visiting
hugs,

sharing 2 layouts...

Hi all...
it's a bit cloudy today... but hope your day is as bright as a shining sun
I'm sharing my 2 scrapbook layouts today...

My first layout is using papers from Webster's Pages
I don't use much of mediums here, just a bit of gesso to soften the colors
played with some dies instead to embellished the layout

For the second layout, I used some paper collection from Kaiser Craft
added some texture by adding some bricks using The Crafter's Workshop template and medium paste
using some dies too to make the windows, flowers and some embellishments
also added some crackle paint to make some textures on the window and flowers and also some embossing powder for the other embellishments

...and...
that's my sharing today

Lawnscaping Challenge #37... Dimensions

Good day all..
Let's join us at Lawnscaping for this week's challenge is all about Dimensions
We'd like to see you creations... cards, scrapbooks or any altered projects with some dimension on it

The challenge is sponsored by Simon Says Stamp with $25 gift certificate

and let's welcome our monthly guest designer, Amy Tsuruta with her gorgeous design and also the talented Katie Brooks for this week's guest designer

For this week's challenge, I made a layout using my daughter with her cousins' pictures.
I just love to see their happiness when they played in a pool. The weather was so hot during the day and yet the water was soo fresh that they could not resist to not to jump in..
Yes, we just had our summer holiday in Lombok Island & Gili Trawangan.
My daughter said that it was the best vacation she ever had. They played the whole day on the beach, collecting some seashells on the seashore, hiking on a mountain to see the sunset, snorkeling and saw some turtles swimming by the fishes.
There were so many activities they did...and captured them as our memories..

I used the transparency word for the layout & added some color using Tim Holtz alcohol inks
made some water splashes with Distress Inks and the template from The Crafter's Workshop.

Decorated the layout using Lawn Fawn products:
Bright Side paper collection
Lawn Trimmings
Some stamp sets: Say Cheese Too, Cruising Through Life, Admit One, Sunny Skies, Swimsuit Season, Quinn's 123's

See you on the Challenge...
